(A) Senior Interior Designer

We are hiring a brilliant and thoughtful Senior Interior Designer to craft top-notch designs for the region's highest corporate brand environment. A Senior Designer is responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables in both FF&E and construction documents. 

A Senior Designer can work on any or all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. you are reporting to the Design Director and Commercial & Project Lead Director on tasks and deliverables and work directly with him or her to ensure the facilitation of a projects completion; on-time, on or under-budget, and meets the company's quality standards. 

In one or a combination of areas of expertise, a Senior Designer has a high level of mastery in Construction Documentation and or Concept Development or Selections.

Senior interior Designer. medium ( 10K sqft to 50k sqft )to large ( > 100k sqft) corporate offices experience 6-10 years experiences

• A must for the knowledge of Sketchup Modelling and Rendering software ( Enscape / Vray etc)
• Candidate who at least must stay on with a firm with at least 2 years and above
• Demonstrating strong command of FF&E

· Demonstrating to a complete set of construction details drawings.

Key Requirements:

• 8 years + Interior Design Experiences
• Work closely with Design & Project Lead to implement the project and be able to develop a complete set of construction details drawings.
• Strong command of presentation skill
• Strong design leadership and independent
• Able to perform Team Management, Training & Mentoring
• Excellent in organisational skills and client management
• Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
• Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines.
• Understanding of financial aspects of running a design project on time and on budget
• Demonstrate high level of professional integrity
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in the related field
• Strong Knowledge of the UBBL code of conduct and regulations.
• Must be skilled in ACAD, and modelling software i.e SKP / 3D Max
• knowledge of 3D Rendering software will be an advantage
