About the job (A) Inside Sales

Job Description :

  • Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunities with potential clients
  • Providing support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, and product information
  • Research existing accounts by identifying key players and opportunities and generate interest
  • Assess customers requirements, identify business problems and propose suitable products & solutions
  • Engage leads in dialogue either through phone or email
  • Update prospects and clients interactions and other sales activities
  • Work closely with the sales team to accelerate sales cycle such as preparing quotations, proposals, and sending emails, etc
  • Developing a solid working knowledge of products and the benefits they provide to potential clients
  • Coordinate sales purchase and order delivery by dealing with product distributor
  • To build rapport with vendors to ensure competitive pricing
  • Any ad-hoc tasks that is sales related as and when assigned by management

Requirement :

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification and above in IT or marketing or related field.
-No experience in Inside Sales position also may apply. but min 1 year of sales expeirence

Ability to adapt, work independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport

Sales software proficiency

Good command of Microsoft Office is essential
