Job Description :

  • Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunities with potential clients
  • Providing support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, and product information
  • Research existing accounts by identifying key players and opportunities and generate interest
  • Assess customers requirements, identify business problems and propose suitable products & solutions
  • Engage leads in dialogue either through phone or email
  • Update prospects and clients interactions and other sales activities
  • Work closely with the sales team to accelerate sales cycle such as preparing quotations, proposals, and sending emails, etc
  • Developing a solid working knowledge of products and the benefits they provide to potential clients
  • Coordinate sales purchase and order delivery by dealing with product distributor
  • To build rapport with vendors to ensure competitive pricing
  • Any ad-hoc tasks that is sales related as and when assigned by management

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification and above in IT or marketing or related field.

No experience in Inside Sales position also may apply.

Ability to influence by communicating ideas and technical concepts effectively

Ability to adapt, work independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport

Required skills: cold-calling skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, information- gathering skills, prospecting skills, problem-solving skills

Sales software proficiency

Good command of Microsoft Office is essential
