Project Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time
Range: 3.5K - 4.5K
Responsibilities:
- To supporting and facilitating the successful execution of projects within an organization.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Monitoring the progress of projects (Project Timeline, Kick-Off, Resources Arrangement, Project Closure)
- Lead quality assurance
- Providing detailed updates the stakeholders (Customer & Internal Sales)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
- And other duties as assigned by reporting manager.
- Overall Project Larks (WO Number, Account Manager, PO received Date, Customer PO Number, Total Value (excl tax), Mandays, Project Kick off Date, Project Commencement Date, First Draft Report Submission, Project Closure Date)
- Upcoming Project (Project Name, Customer Name, Target Project Commencement Date, Mandays required)
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines.
- Three years of experience in a related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Able to work and perform well under pressure.
- Continuous learning attitude self-started to learn technologies and knowledge related to the industry.
- Customer service mindset Recognise the importance of customer focus and serving the needs of end user. Response promptly with respect and courtesy and deliver trusted service.
