Senior J2EE Developer

Location: KL 
Prefer non-Indian candidate to balance the workforce, 
open for foreign expats but only those who are currently working in Malaysia. 

Key Responsibilities:

-Will be part of a strong development team focusing on development of critical services.

-Should be able to mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.

-Embrace DevOps culture and implement automation for applications.

-Provide technical leadership and expertise for design, implementation, and quality release Develop reliable services from user interface to DB backend.

-Propose changes to the deployment architecture to improve performance, scalability, and manageability.

-Ensure quality decisions are made in review and analysis of the tools from 3rd party vendors.

-Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications

-Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle

-Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code

-Test and debug new applications and updates.

-Maintain up to date code documentation.

-Participating in code reviews

Key Requirements:

-Technical/Functional skills

-Strong knowledge of Java Application Frameworks (Struts, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Springboot)

-Minimum 10 years of J2EE development experience

-Working experience with CI/CD tool chain

-Microservice experiences will be an added advantage.

-Experience building digital banking or eCommerce apps.

-Agile project experience
