Stock Management

  • Responsible for all activities regarding trade purchasing, including stock order forecast, request for quotation, negotiation, issue purchase order, arrange shipment, do receiving and QC inspection, etc
  • Capture stock transactions into inventory system
  • Monitor and manage stock to ensure optimal and healthy stock level
  • In-charge of stock control, demand planning, and investigation of stock quantity variances
  • Prepare monthly stock report to management on the status of the stock
  • Regularly evaluate the working relationship & terms with existing vendors/ manufacturers, and at the same time proactively lookout for potential new vendors/ manufacturers to optimise the cost & quality of our trade purchases
  • Support and coordinate in half yearly and year-end stock take and report preparation Supply Chain
  • Pack stock order for distributors and outlets and arrange for shipment
  • Issue billing invoices to B2B customers
  • Collect feedback from distributors and provide solutions
  • Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition key trends
  • Work closely with marketing team in supporting sales promotions Administrative & Miscellaneous
  • In-charge of compliance to MDA and ISO 13485 requirements, including follow up documents with vendors/ manufacturers, liaise with MDA/ ISO consultant, handle audit, etc
  • Prepare yearly price list to distributors and outlets
  • Lead research & development for any new products
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements & Skillset

-At least 2-3 years working experience in stock management and supply chain or related field
-Excellent communication and negotiation skill

-Good knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc)

Can-do attitude and willing to contribute to achieve company business goals as a team

Willing to travel when required

Candidate who can speak/ write in Mandarin is preferred as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking vendors/manufacturers Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor degree in Inventory Management or Supply Chain, Business Administration or any related field
