About the job (A) Facilities Manager / Assistant Manager

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the local Facilities organization to provide an effective and professional facility service and preventive maintenance to support production, warehouse and office.

Oversees and directs a team of Maintenance technicians, Facilities operation engineers and Security area.

Act as key interface with management team, production departments and the other supporting functions in the local factory.

Review the site facilities operations to ensure compliance with governmental specifications and suitability for occupancy.

Plans, budgets and schedules various facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts and contracts for construction and acquisitions.

Controls building design, constructions, installations and maintenance. Inspects construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.

Supervises maintenance and alteration of all areas and equipment in the buildings as well as layouts, arrangements, and housekeeping of all facilities.

Analysis and standardizes various facilities procedures & WI to improve efficiencies.

Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.

Assigns duties for subordinates and examines work for conformance to policies and procedures.

Coordinates purchase orders within budget guidelines

Other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Works in standard office environment and uses general office equipment (phone, PC, copier, etc.).
Attends or facilitates meetings, conducts training. Should be familiar with all work environments at AE.
May be required to travel to remote offices.
May need to respond to emergency facility related situations.

SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with English.
Good organizational skills.
Building facilities team and strong leadship ability.
Communication and relationship with relavent government agency.
Familiar with AUTOCAD software.

QUALIFICATION:
College or BS degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering or equivalent education and/or experience.
15+ years of experience in semiconductor power supply manufacturing industry, semiconductor or semiconductor equipment maintenance facilities management.
Work experience in a global teams / organization.
