Senior Project Manager  (System Application Development) 
(1 year contract and renewable yearly if performance meet expectations.) Attached the JD for the open position. Below would be our minimal expectation for the candidate:

  1. Seasoned senior project manager with about 8-10 years experience in project management on system/applications development and  end-to-end implementation
  2. Preferably local candidates
  3. PMP or any other project management certifications will be added value
  4. Experience in handling Agile project will be added value
  5. Candidates' past experience is from FI Financial Industry specifically Insurance.

Summary of Job Functions 

1. To ensure a balanced portfolio of projects from a company-wide
     perspective; manage and optimize project portfolio resources
     and cost effectively as well as fosters transparency on project
     portfolio performance to assure operational implementation of
 corporate strategies.
2. To involve or assist in planning, organizing, managing and
    controlling the various stages of the assigned medium to high
 complexity projects in ensuring the projects are executed
 according to the schedule, cost and quality.
3. To support small changes in system and business process by
    providing guidance and oversight to the stakeholders.
4. Responsible for making sure Agile Team lives by the values and
     practices of Scrum.

Job Duties & Responsibilities 

1. Set policies, framework, procedures and that defines the
     establishment, management and control of the projects portfolio
2. Provides consistent project management guidance, methods,
     tools and techniques for consistent project outcomes all over the
     organization
3. Prompt coordination with business units, technical team,
    governance team and service provider on project implementation
 plan
4. Identify and report project issues, slippage of tasks or milestone
 and project risks to Project Manager and facilitate timely
 resolution
5. Conduct Scrum ceremonies including organizing and facilitating
 sprint planning, daily stand-ups meeting, sprint review,
 retrospective meeting etc
6. Eliminate impediments and actively address issues so that the
 team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the
 Iteration.
7. Provides timely reports on project status, budget spending, risks
 and issues to enable early visibility into project performance for
 better decision making by the authorized person or committee
8. Promotes and take accountability for project quality, opportunity
 to improve delivery
9. Ensures PMO practice, approach and governance processes are
 applied consistently
10. Manage project changes, ensuring any changes to the project
    baseline are managed through change request and all impacts
     are considered
11. Adopt an agile and flexible approach to work and an
      outstanding level of professionalism and conduct
12. Management and coordination of all cross-functional initiatives
      with organizational impact
