About the job (A) Personal Assistant to GCEO cum Office Admin
Our core business activities are in the manufacture of power cables and wires. Our business activities also include trading of power cables and wires and supply, installation and commissioning of power cables. All products and services provided by our company are used in the transmission and distribution of electricity, from power generation plant to end-user residential, commercial, industrial and institutional premises.
We have since expanded our business portfolio substantially to include fabrication of steel poles & tower, hot-dip galvanized products, and the construction of transmission lines.
Job Description
Personal Assistant Tasks
- Handling and scheduling GCEOs calendars, diaries, appointments, and other daily reminders
- Scheduling meeting links and invitations to counterparts, subsidiaries and connections
- Handling GCEO travel and lodging arrangements
- Preparing GCEO relevant documents
- Liaising and coordinating with Company Secretary team for daily administrative works and getting Director Resolutions on time
- Disseminating internal memos to subsidiaries
- Minutes writing when required
- Acting as a bridge between CEOs office and subsidiaries
- Assisting C-Suites and HR for office matters
- Other ad-hoc tasks required by the CEOs office
Office Management Tasks
- Managing office attendance system and monthly attendance report
- Managing office CCTV
- Preparing office access cards such as entrance cards, parking cards, and lift card
- Booking, and setting up meeting / conference room when required
- Handling office provisions
- Handling office petty cash
- Oversee the office driver and tea lady and their daily schedule
- Handling monthly payments like office rental, utility payments, parking fees, courier charges, photocopier charges, and water dispenser rental.
- Managing office apartment unit and arranging for cleaning bi-weekly
- Monitoring and handling company cars and driver schedules
- Other payment requests and office administrative tasks when required
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree

more to office admin task. It's a contract position for 1 year. Working hours 8am-5pm or 8.30am-5.30pm.
