About the job (A) ASSISTANT MANAGER, CORPORATE &FLEET MANAGEMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES

To co-lead the KINTO Fulfillment portfolio & be hands on for all operation related matter.

To play active role in KINTO One Business & Fleet Hire Purchase Accounts Management in assisting the operation, the perfection of documentation and credit application.

Coordinate & work closely with KINTO Team, Regional offices & other departments to ensure smooth daily operation.

Coordinate with Company's Service Centre & managed vehicle maintenance request.

Handle department core reporting requirement. Prepare of monthly reporting / ad hoc reporting.

Play active role in LEV committee in data analysis/proposal for quarterly & annually LEV review.

To continuous enhance operational processes & improve operations efficiency.

Act as relief to HOD and relief to Operation Team during the absent of teammates.

To handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/HOD.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduated from an accredited college or university in an appropriate curriculum and through experience related to this class of work: or any equivalent combination of training or experience

Minimum experience of 3-5 years of which 2 years in the relevant field (including corporate sales & operations)

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.

Strong command in Microsoft Excel & Word.

Salary Range : RM4,000- RM 6,000 (Depends on working experience)
