Job Description:

This pivotal role encompasses overseeing all facets of product sourcing, procurement, delivery

tracking, and stock distribution within our conglomerate. The ideal candidate will ensure meticulous

record-keeping of purchase orders, quotations, price comparisons, supplier information, Letters of

Agreement (LOA), agreements, and adherence to the 5S methodology.

Job Scope:

Monitor, facilitate, and streamline sourcing and purchasing operations and processes from inception

to completion.

Manage purchase order issuance, delivery schedules, shipping document verification, payment

statuses, and non-conformance report follow-ups.

Maintain a comprehensive vendor database, including order lead-time, inbound transit time, Goods

Receipt (GR) processing time, and other pertinent information.

Track purchase statuses from order placement to GR and communicate any changes in Estimated

Time of Arrival (ETA) to relevant stakeholders.

Lead product sourcing and negotiation efforts, engage with vendors on purchase requisitions, and

foster long-term business relationships.

Ensure timely submission of Pro-forma invoices to finance for payment processing.

Fulfill any additional duties as directed by the Head of Department (HOD) or management.

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification required.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in international purchasing and operational management.

Proficiency in ERP systems and computer software applications.
