a. Responsibility for Singapore (CCPL) and Malaysia (CCM) accounts.

b. Responsibility for reporting to General Manager complying with their requirements.

c. In-charge of group and subsidiaries' financial and accounts.

d. Review and analyses subsidiaries financials and operating costs of monthly financial statements and management reports.

e. Perform monthly Group Consolidation and cash flow projections.

f. Timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in accordance with group policies and procedures and statutory requirements.

g. Responsible for group quarterly & annual budget, monthly forecasting and PL & Balance Sheet review and monitoring.

h. Prepare PowerPoint slide and board papers for quarterly financial
     performance for board review and approval.

i. Creation and presentation of ad-hoc financial analysis and taking part in ad-hoc finance projects as required.

j. Cost controllership including Actual versus Budget and explanations of variances.

k. Check payroll calculation, CPF reporting, IR8A, Tax Clearance and other related duties for Singapore.

l. Assist General Manager to work out sales target and incentive.

m. Review GST reporting and Government Surveys.

n. Assist General Manager in improving current business operations and internal controls, to provide recommendation from business experience and financial view.

o. Compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies and
    procedures.

p. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and financial institutions;

q. Liaison with companys secretary on all secretarial functions.

r. Review business agreements, tenancy agreements, insurance policies,services contract agreements and others.

s. Monitoring team performance and motivating them to ensure that the department goals are met.

t. Other duties, including ad-hoc projects such as licensing business project,rental equipment, Trademarks, Commissioning project, Wellness program,retainer services project.
