Junior and Mid-Senior Account Executive

Responsibilites:-

• Responsible in handling full set of accounts, cashflow projection and management reporting.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
• Handle daily collections, treasury and banking activities.
• Manage petty cash and process employee claims.
• Monitor inventory, sales order process, purchasing and control of the approved budget.
• Assist in ad-hoc duty assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess Degree in Accountancy or Professional Accountancy Qualifications.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferable in hospitality industry
• Knowledge in GST, IFCA Property Management System, SQL Financial Accounting & computer literate.
• Analytical, multi-tasking, committed, initiative to learn and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good command of both written and spoken in English
• Fluent in Mandarin and Malay will be an added advantage
