(A)Front End Developer (Inonic mobile)

1. Candidates must be with experience in hybrid mobile application framework; Angular (Ionic)
1. Experience requirement
1. Preferably someone with 3 - 5 years and above experience
2. Please ask the candidate to provide a portfolio/ their work examples.
3. If the candidate has less than 5 years of experience in Mobile check if the candidate has been directly involved from start to end of mobile application development, from ideation to publishing in-app store
4. Prefer local candidates only, will only consider foreign candidate in Msia if talent is exceptionally good and ticks all boxes 
2. Technologies requirement

1. Ionic (Angular) and React 
2. Must have HTML, CSS and JS 
1. Communication and leadership requirement

1. Senior candidates must be able to explain his/her involvement in the projects and articulate the what, why, and how questions.
2. Please check with candidates on their senior or leadership activities.
3. What is their leadership style and what sort of leader would get the best out of the candidate?
4. Good English communication skills.
