Administrative Work

  1. All journals, system reversals, credit/debit notes to be submitted to EDP department by 22nd of every month for keying.
  2. Ensure that all reminder, final reminder and demand notices are printed and dispatched within the normal recovery time frames.
  3. Bulk SMS are done on timely manner.
  4. Account rehabilitation and restructures are correctly done and keyed.
  5. Ensure that account allocation is correctly and evenly distributed.

Staff KPI and Achievements

  1. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly cash/arrears collections for respective staffs.
  2. Conduct weekly meetings to evaluate staff performance and discuss performance of collections team.
  3. Provide oversight of arrears portfolio and guiding team leaders and staffs on areas to improve.
  4. Monitor staff performance and attend to annual performance appraisal.
  5. Corrective actions to be taken against non-performing staffs.

Training and Development

  1. Ensure that staffs are provided with adequate training, guidance and resources to carry out their duties and results.
  2. Continuously monitor on the job training provided to staffs by their team leaders.
  3. To ensure that new staff are taken through proper orientation and training during the first month of employment.
