Account Executive (Mid-Senior)

Location                     : VSQ@PJ

Salary                           : RM3,500-RM4,000

        Responsibilities

CDD MUST BE GOOD AT MANUAL ACCOUNTING AS WELL, WITH SOLID ACCOUNTING KNOWLEDGE 

         1. day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account                           Payable & Account Receivables functions

         2. Prepare royalty billings and monitor monthly royalty collection and               debts recoveries

         3. Monitor, control and resolve creditors ledger in any outstanding                   payables and inherited problems on due outstanding

         4. Prepare bank reconciliation & petty cash claims

         5. Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company                             financial

         6. Maintain management reports and ensure they are accurately                     prepared on timely basis and adhere to accounting standards

         7. Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior                 may assign from time to time

         8. Be a team player

Requirements

  2. Candidate must possess ACCA certificate/ Diploma in                                          Accounting  or other higher academic qualification in accounting                         or  equivalent

 3. At least 1 year’s working experience. Fresh graduates are                                       encourage to apply

 4. Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office &                                         Computerized Accounting

 5. Pleasant personality with good working attitude and independent

 6. Preferable candidates that able to start work immediately and                              willing to work in PJ areas.
