About the job (A) Project Coordinator
JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
Reports to the Head, Digital Business Development and Funding and provides assistance and support required in terms of digital project management and research in order to meet the unit’s objective in creating new digital products to meet global customer needs via digital solutions. The role also includes working with the Director – Digital Strategy to gather the business requirements of process / functional or statutory reporting or enhancement to systems into proper documentation and presentation to Senior Management / Board.
JOB RESPONSBILITIES
- Digital Project Support
To support the project manager and assist in coordination for each new digital project (product basis) which includes a support role in the following activities:
(i) Regulatory and approvals, including coordinating with compliance/risk management departments to ensure that the new digital business/initiatives are in compliance with regulators, as well as, completing and submitting the regulatory applications
(ii) Working with various stakeholders and the head of department on drafting of internal memos for approvals, preparation of presentation decks and/or research materials. This also includes the information estatics (e.g. infographics, formatting, ability to present information in an easy to understand manner).
(iii) Assist in preparation and execution of legal agreements
(iv) Other coordination / management includes Marketing, Customer relationship management, as well as, Operations & IT
(v) To monitor, track and upkeep project gantt charts and its dependencies using the tools available. This includes working with the project team on their day-to-day deliverables, including escalation of project issues to the Head
- Digital Initiatives Feasibility Studies
To support the preparation of presentation decks, financial projections, valuations and recommendations for newly identified digital projects which entails the following: SWOT or peer comparison analysis, market studies, financial modelling and stress test
To assist in preliminary due-diligence and documentations pertaining to digital deals under evaluation
- Support Technology and Innovation Development of Digital Initiatives
To participate and assist the exploration of business with new technologies and innovative processes
Assist in analysing and understanding business needs, developing clear and accurate specifications to ensure that systems fully meet business requirements
Assist in developing clear requirement specifications, ensuring that all business and systems needs are identified clearly and unambiguously, with detailed consideration for all project and technical dependencies and risks
To support with documentation to reflect business processes, user and data requirements and business benefits, as directed by the Director of Digital Strategy
To support the preparation of presentation slides for new business model, initiatives and strategies as and when required by the Director of Digital Strateg

To support in ensuring corporate and regulatory compliance in all technology, processes, execution and cyber-security requirements
To assist in developing clear scope of requirement documentation (BRD) with process for reviewed and signoff by stakeholders
