About the job (B) Senior & Project Manager
Objectives:
Project manager has the responsibility of the planning, procurement and
execution of a project, in any undertaking that has a defined scope, defined start and a
defined finish
Responsibilities:
➢ Demonstrated ability to lead multidiscipline engineering, procurement and construction
teams to ensure project delivery including staff development, project management and
technical responsibility➢ Project planning including schedule development, resource planning, procurement
planning, quality planning, etc ➢ Understanding management expectation and implementing the project management
strategy to ensure the project is completed safely, meeting quality expectations, within
budget and schedule➢ On-site responsibility for management of multiple trade contractors including safety,
logistics, schedule coordination and quality of work➢ Accountable for project controls: project cost estimating, planning/scheduling, project
benchmarking, effective cost control/forecasting, effective project progress
control/earned value reporting, change management, cash flow management and
financial status of the project➢ Responsible for managing the project interfaces with all parties involved including
internal and external communication, document management and transfer of relevant
project data according to a communication plan ➢ Participate in tender process, ie design, submission and review ➢ Identify and manage project risks
➢ Ensure that team harmony and motivate project team ➢ Take initiative to meet internal & external customer needs in a timely and courteous
manner.
Requirements:
➢
Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical or
Quantity Surveyor related
➢ Above 8 years working experience in Engineering field➢ At least 3 years’ project management experience in an international client
➢ Environmental, Mechanical, Material, HVAC ➢ Basic Electrical/ Control ➢ Project Management
➢ MS Office and Auto CAD ➢ Local and global standards (ASME, DIN, etc.)
➢ Good communication skill and people skill ➢ Good organization and coordination skills ➢ Technical analysing skills ➢ Responsible and able to exhibit leadership qualities ➢ Positive thinking ➢ Making decision diligently and problem solving
