About the job (B) AS400

Skills set :
      • 2-5 years of experience in the following hardware/software: 
                1. AS/400 (lseries) server technologies including planning and implementation of upgrades
                2. OS400 security, backup, monitoring/alerting, data replication, etc
                3. 3rd party software like MQ, QEDD, Robot products, PGP, DP, PN, etc
                4. Planning an implementation of OS, PTFS and 3rd party software upgrade
                5. Good knowledge of SQL, CL and MS Office Tools (including MS Access)
                6. Troubleshooting skills for data, application/system performance problems by utilizing tools like IBM IDoctor, DBMON
                7. Traces and Centerfield is preferred. Must be able to work as a project lead or as part of a project team
                8. Skills in multitasking and management of multiple of multiple projects at a time
                9. Ability and willingness to be On Call once a month; may be required to work off hours for system maintenancel; BI-annual. DR testing currently requires 2 weekends a year

  • Must have experience in banking/payment or insurance domain.
