Job Description

• The Marketing Manager will be responsible to develop and execute short to long

term plans, ensuring growth for brands under the Restaurant

Division.

• Responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns

including ATL & BTL to achieve sales and profit objectives through efficient use of

the budget.

• Developing and overseeing the implementation of local store marketing to drive

footfall to outlets.

• Drive good relationship with strategic partners to drive growth for the brand.

• Develop good relationship with agencies to ensure marketing plans are well

executed and ensuring ROI in all media invested.

• Drive alignment across all functional stakeholders and within marketing to deliver

the brand objectives.

• Lead and coach the junior team on marketing skills.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business

Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this

position. Experienced in Food and Beverages of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer

Good) industry are encouraged to apply.

• Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or

equivalent.

• Experienced in digital marketing with strong data analysis and able to translate

insights into recommendation.

• Candidate with experience in Mar Tech or CRM would be an added advantage.

• Demonstrate a team player.

• Strong interpersonal skills and great presentation with good communication skills

• Resourceful, reliable and independent.
