Responsibilities :
 Responsible for support for production issues troubleshooting on production issues on Avaloq system as 1st level support. Involve in production issues investigation, escalation of issue and be able to provide details to 2nd level support and vendors.
 Next stage, eventually also able to support on the production issues on Avaloq system as 2nd level support which includes product issues investigation, escalation of issue, provide interim solution, deployment of fixes and be able to provide details to the vendors.
 Responsible for Analysis, Design, Technical Specification and Development on Avaloq system software enhancements that bank can customize in accordance to business’s provision
 Develop, maintain, enhance, test and support Avaloq system and its’ related interfaces in accordance to business requirements and provide the technical documentation related to the system’s supports. Includes also perform SIT and support UAT for the enhancements that being developed.
 Liaise with Business users, vendors, consultants and other technical staff to achieve support objectives

Functional Skills :
 To assist and execute the following IT services and handling projects 
 Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle
 Preferably with 3+ working knowledge/experience and hands-on with Avaloq
 Knowledge of Private Wealth Management is of an advantage

Technical Skills:
 Java Programming Language
 Oracle DB
 SQL, PL/SQL
 Web-oriented technologies (JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS)
 Avaloq Script Language is of an advantage

Soft Skills:
 Strong Troubleshooting Skill
 Strong interest and self-initiative to pick up technical knowledge from team members and vendors to improve oneself
