Basic Salary : RM 2,500 - RM 3,500

Responsibilities:

·       Understand customer requirement and applying product knowledge to meet their needs

·       Good softskill in communication and sales oriented driven for results

·       Prepare quotations or tender documents, proposal and related documents for project acquisition

·       Able to work closely with Technical Team to produce concepts or demo for customers

·       Able to understand IT technologies, technical issues and identify technical solutions opportunities

·       Maintaining awareness and have interest in constantly changing software and hardware systems

·      Be helpful to assist customers positively and provide guidance to ensure high customer satisfaction

·       Identify and develop new business through various sales plan and activities

·       Handle key accounts and clients for new sales opportunity

·       Deliver presentations articulately and confidently

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Information Technology/Computer, or equivalent

·       At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing

·       Knowledge and experience in cloud hosting, system integration and security solutions is an added advantage

·   Able to communicate, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

·       Good understanding of IT solution from a business perspective

·       Passionate with initiatives and good negotiation skill

·       Positive interpersonal communication and presentation skills

·       Have own transportation as required to travel to clients’ premises
