QUALIFICATIONS:
University graduate with a degree preferably in any business related course
At least five (5) years of sales work experience
SKILLS
Customer Experience / Journey Planning and Strategy Ability to improve the overall CX (products/ features); to manage and improve all the CX processes/methods/ capabilities that help develop and improve its design; to tailor experiences to each individual and context through personalized marketing and experiences.
Market & Customer Research and Analytics Ability to conduct research (e.g.: Market and customer), to define metrics and develop appropriate analytical models to measure ROI of marketing initiatives, also considering ecosystem dynamics.
Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Ability to manage enterprise information (data, technology, tools, techniques, people, processes) to support decision-making, predictive analysis, optimization efforts and security analysis through ad-hoc analysis, standard reports, scorecards and dashboards and interactive visualizations.
Sales strategy Sales ; Ability to design and implement a sales strategy, including target market, ideal customer profile, go-to-market positioning, sales motions, methodology, and channels.
Ability to build a roadmap to define the success of the business.
Ability to manage and prioritize daily activities to increase efficiency of salesforce.
Operational Effectiveness ; Ability to identify ways to increase efficiency across the whole value chain
Process Automation Ability to deal with the technologies, processes and practices designed to protect networks, computers, programs and data from attacks, damage or unauthorized access.
