What you'll be doing

• Manage shipment arrangements with suppliers
• Handle purchasing to ensure timely, accurate processing
• Source, select and negotiate for competitive pricing
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies
• Coordinate with logistics on shipments and customs matters
• Support development of departmental procedures
• Maintain document control and filing system
