SMC Engineer

What You'll Do

• Handle new product setup for SMT, AOI and wave solder
• Prepare loading list before production starts
• Improve SMT machine speed and efficiency
• Set temperature for reflow and wave solder machines
• Arrange and check stencil, fixtures, and pallets
• Test and select solder paste, solder bar and flux
• Calculate material usage for BOM update
• Check Gerber files and suggest changes
