IT Engineer

What You'll Do

• Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support to regional users
• Maintain IT infrastructure, network, servers, and systems
• Ensure IT security, system stability, and preventive maintenance
• Support IT standardization and digital transformation projects
• Support ERP, MES, and WMS systems
• Work closely with regional teams and vendors
• Travel to Singapore and Thailand when required

Ideal Candidates

• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and office automation tools
• Familiar with Fortigate, AWS, and VPN technologies
• Experience in Kingdee K3 or SAP B1 is an advantage
• Willing to Travel to Singapore and Thailand when required
• Knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking and project management
