Shipping Executive

What You'll Do

• Obtain daily delivery plans to support operation
• Follow up on schedules to reduce short lead-time order
• Ensure all shipments meet customer delivery date
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and debit/credit note
• Pass customer details to relevant departments
• Monitor drivers routes and schedules
• Handle complaints and investigate production
• Support LMW renewals and customs applications
• Prepare month-end stock audit and reports
