Facility Technician

What You Will Do

• Maintain and repair electrical systems.
• Assist electricians with general repair tasks.
• Check and service ventilation, cooling, and AHU systems.
• Clean and service fan coil units.
• Support plumbers with routine tasks.
• Carry out carpentry and general repairs.
• Perform plumbing repairs on leaks, pipes and water coolers.

Ideal Candidates

• Practical experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems (Air conditioners/AHU)
• Willing to support during off-work hours in emergencies.
• PW4 certification required.
