QA Manager

What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Act as the Company System Representative for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Coordinate Quality and Environmental Management System activities.
• Monitor, analyze and report QMS & EMS performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system compliance.
• Drive system improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and maintain quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Review customer requirements and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Purchasing to maintain supplier quality standards.
• Monitor quality performance and prepare statistical reports.
• Lead and develop the quality department to achieve company objectives.
• Ensure scheduled waste compliance as the appointed Competent Person.

Ideal Candidates

• Experience in a QA leadership or managerial role is preferred.
• Familiar with SPC, 7 QC Tools, FMEA, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Background in sheet metal manufacturing or precision machining is preferred.
