Job Requirement and Qualification:

  • Diploma or above in any relevant field
  • At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in Customer Service.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
  • Required Language(s) : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good communication skill

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, product, pricing, delivery information, services and complaints.
  • Process customer orders, service orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Prepare quotation, invoice, DO and make billing.
  • Follow up back order and repair quotation.
  • Receive orders, prepare billing and to issue work order to the production.
  • Responsible to follow up and monitor the production status in accordance to agreed schedule.
  • Coordinate with the internal department to ensure good product quality and on time delivery.
  • Responsible to update customer’s concern on timely manner.
