Job Requirement and Qualification:
- Diploma or above in any relevant field
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in Customer Service.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
- Required Language(s) : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication skill
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, product, pricing, delivery information, services and complaints.
- Process customer orders, service orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Prepare quotation, invoice, DO and make billing.
- Follow up back order and repair quotation.
- Receive orders, prepare billing and to issue work order to the production.
- Responsible to follow up and monitor the production status in accordance to agreed schedule.
- Coordinate with the internal department to ensure good product quality and on time delivery.
- Responsible to update customer’s concern on timely manner.
