What You'll Do

• Plan land preparation, planting, harvesting, and replanting cycles
• Manage fruit crop cultivation, growth stages, and flowering
• Oversee fertilization, irrigation, pest, disease and weed control
• Ensure crop quality meets export standards
• Lead and supervise field staff; assign daily tasks
• Ensure safety compliance and team productivity
• Maintain machinery, irrigation systems and facilities
• Manage budgets, costs, and farm records
• Coordinate with buyers, exporters, and relevant authorities
• Ensure compliance with MyGAP, GAP, and regulatory standards
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management

Ideal Candidates
