IT Support Engineer

What You'll Do

• Support endpoint setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Install and troubleshoot OS and business applications
• Rebuild and deploy secure Windows images
• Deploy and monitor EDR tools like CrowdStrike
• Respond to security alerts and investigate incidents
• Maintain hardware and software inventory records
• Assist with asset management and user support
• Train users on endpoint security best practices
• Install and troubleshoot printers and peripherals
• Perform patching and vulnerability management
• Investigate virus and malware events and take action

Ideal Candidates

• Practical experience in supporting corporate IT operations
• Skilled in Windows OS deployment and troubleshooting
• Experience with software installation and configuration
• Practical experience with EDR tools, preferably CrowdStrike
• Knowledge of endpoint security best practices
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Background or study in Computer Science, IT or related field
