Assembly Production Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily assembly and production activities
• Plan and manage manpower to meet output targets
• Monitor efficiency and ensure quality standards
• Liaise with maintenance and QA to cut downtime
• Maintain good 5S, safety and housekeeping practices
• Prepare daily reports and track production performance
• Guide and train operators for better productivity
