Maintenance Executive (Facilities)

What You'll Do

• Manage daily facility operations and maintenance.
• Maintain air compressors, AHUs and air dryers.
• Oversee cooling towers and water systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Check electrical panels and basic facility instrumentation.
• Monitor facility systems through SCADA.
• Coordinate maintenance of forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment licences.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FSSC and GMP standards.
• Liaise with contractors and local authorities when needed.

Ideal Candidates

• Maintenance experience in food manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical and facility maintenance.
• Chargeman Certificate (minimum AO) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SCADA, CAD and bag filtration systems is a plus.
• Able to coordinate maintenance work and supervise technicians.
