IT Infrastructure Engineer

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers
• Administer active directory, user accounts and access controls
• Monitor system performance, availability and security
• Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere)
• Perform system backup, restoration and disaster recovery activities
• Maintain network equipment, including switches, firewalls and VPN
• Troubleshoot server and network issues (Level 2/3 support)
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and system records
• Support IT audits, compliance and security requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers
• Participate in IT infrastructure enhancement projects

Ideal Candidates

• Practical experience in System and Network Administration
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
• Familiar with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, Firewall and VPN technologies
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloud is an advantage
