What You'll Do
- Support in daily operations and strategic HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports to support business decisions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Manage Trade Union matters and grievances.
- Manage employee relations, conflicts and discipline.
- Handle accurate payroll and statutory compliance.
- Administer compensation, benefits and appraisals.
- Support employee training and development programs.
- Provide HR operational support across APAC branches.

Ideal Candidates
- Solid knowledge of HR operations and labor relations
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Confident communication and presentation skills
