Sales Executive (Indoor)

Job Scopes : -

• Promote the nursery's products and services, including plants, landscaping materials, and gardening supplies.
• Understanding of the products offered by the nursery, including different plant species, gardening tools, fertilizers, and landscaping materials.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, aiming for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that the nursery's products are well-presented, organized, and labeled in the retail area.
• Conduct daily inspections of all plants to assess their watering needs. This includes checking soil moisture levels and plant health.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all plants, gardening supplies, and related products. This includes tracking the quantity and condition of items in stock.
