As a Marketing Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing related matters, with key responsibilities including:

  • Foster relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts
  • Analyze market, trends, and competitor across retail and food service
  • Develop and manage product digital presence 
  • Coordinate Asia Pacific exhibitions and support local event organization
  • Create marketing strategies with sales managers and distributors
  • Maintain promotion calendar across countries.
  • Assist distributors in crafting Annual Business Plans
  • Execute marketing plan for Retail and Out of Home channels
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation
  • Contribute to sales and marketing presentations
  • Develop social media campaigns to boost brand awareness

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in FMCG companies.
  • Regional experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships based on deep knowledge of large and complex client business.
