About the job Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing related matters, with key responsibilities including:
- Foster relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts
- Analyze market, trends, and competitor across retail and food service
- Develop and manage product digital presence
- Coordinate Asia Pacific exhibitions and support local event organization
- Create marketing strategies with sales managers and distributors
- Maintain promotion calendar across countries.
- Assist distributors in crafting Annual Business Plans
- Execute marketing plan for Retail and Out of Home channels
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Contribute to sales and marketing presentations
- Develop social media campaigns to boost brand awareness

What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of marketing experience in FMCG companies.
- Regional experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships based on deep knowledge of large and complex client business.
