Senior Engineering Manager

 Your Roles .

• Establish division target in line with company policy 
• Develop plans to achieve division objectives
• Identify overall training needs for the division
• Approve division budget, expenses, and manpower allocation
• Ensure smooth and efficient company operations
• Implement new activities to improve company profit
• Provide alternative solutions when decision-making is required
• Liaise with HQ for final decisions on quality and development
• Direct the front loading process for new development models
• Ensure understanding of quality policy among subordinates
• Participate in ISO Steering Committee activities
