Job Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in basic software operations such as Microsoft Office (knowledge of Autocount is preferred).
  • Able to handle daily invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Responsible for human resources-related affairs (e.g., posting recruitment information, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, onboarding arrangements, salary and benefits).
  • Also responsible for some basic administrative work.

We're looking for someone with :

  • Prior experience in a related role is preferred.
  • Preferred with Autocount system experience.
  • Demonstrate a sense of responsibility, politeness, attentiveness, and caution.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
