About the job Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive in the manufacturing industry, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their experience with the company. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. 

Your Roles .

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and requests
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints in a timely manner
  • Process customer orders accurately  
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers 
  • Stay updated on product information
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Identify potential upsell opportunities based on customer needs
  • Provide sales support by sharing product information and details
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
  • Ensure compliance with policies and standards

  • Posses problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software or other relevant tools
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage
  • Willing to travel domestically and overseas.
