Project Executive

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting sales team, from administrative, customer service, and leads development perspectives

Area of Responsibility

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare method statement and product drawing.
Ensure product specifications and documents always updated
Provide technical product advice and post-sales support to internal and external customers
Provide technical solutions on inquiries related to all wood composite products
Conduct product training for internal/external sales, customers, wholesalers, sales partners and service partners
To assists on preparation of project work program.
Attend site meetings and highlight our requirements to client
Carry out inspections on projects and submission of all site reports to the management
Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree holder
Possess at least 1 years of working experience in the related field
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
Good in Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Professional Selling Skills, Presentation Skills, Analytic Problem Solving, Result Focused and Continuous Learning.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
