What You'll Do

• Support the team in receiving and processing customer orders
• Verify customer information and purchase order details
• Monitor forecasts and inform the team of any issues
• Generate sales orders and coordinate delivery
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices and shipping documents
• Handle customer complaints and lead investigations
• Assist with import/export licenses and customs matters
• Perform monthly stock checks and prepare inventory reports

Ideal Candidates 

• Experience in handling customer inquiries and quotations
