Position: Logistic Executive / Coordinator

Job Summary:

Full Support on the Logistic & Sale coordination from sister companies

Responsibilities:

  • Operation of SAP, Oracle and workflow system for Accounts & Business operations Group
  • Receiving and Issuing of Payment Advice, Sales & Purchase orders
  • Liaising with external parties for payment related matters
  • Liaising with Customers & Factories pertaining to delivery scheduling, pull-in/push-out request
  • Documentation for Accounts & Business operations Group
  • Co-ordination with all parties; Accounts logistics operations
  • Co-ordination with parties; Factory, Customer, Service Provider, Carrier, Forwarder, Warehouse, etc for Business operations Group
  • Verification of billing for Accounts, Business operations Group
  • Support the factories for any application of customs permit, where necessary
  • Dispatch of shipping documents to Customers
  • Support to monitor sales take up
  • Filing
  • Support the operations carried out by Sister Company
  • Support to provide necessary documents to chase money collection from Customers
  • Co-ordinate with Customers & Factories in case of any return cargoes
  • Support to issue of Debit/Credit notes
  • SAP/Oracle masters maintenance
  • Creditor / Stock reconciliation
  • Operation in Sister Companys ERP SAP/Oracle system
  • Data entry of accounting transactions
  • Supporting Sales team on handling the customer order
  • Support preparation of reports if necessary; and
  • Such other services that Sister Company shall specify

Requirements:

  • Candidate who possesses SPM, Diploma or higher in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work well in a team.
  • Possess good analytical skills with good command of written and spoken in English.
  • Self-Starter, creative, pro-active and enthusiastic.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Knowledge in SAP & Oracle is add advantage
  • Willing to work on standby mode on off day & Public Holiday
  • Working Calendar shall follow clients (Sister Company) country

Salary Range: RM3,500.00- RM4,000.00

Employment: Permanent

Allowance: Transport Allowance + HP allowance (upon confirmed)
