Your Roles .

• Oversee breeding, feeding, harvesting and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure water quality, prevent diseases and enforce biosecurity measure.
• Lead, train, and supervise workers while ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Optimize production and harvesting for best yield and minimal waste.
• Ensure environmental compliance, manage waste and conduct routine checks.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and monitor costs for profitability.
• Ensure product quality, coordinate with suppliers and customers.
