Manufacturing Manager

Your Roles .

• Lead manufacturing team to optimized production, safety and quality.
• Oversee production runs to ensure effective product delivery.
• Monitor daily operations, identify and resolve abnormalities.
• Implement cost-saving strategies and maximize resource utilization.
• Manage and minimize production downtime and yield loss.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and quality control requirements.
• Initiate and oversee production improvement projects.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and submit monthly production reports to management.
• Conduct meetings to ensure communication and efficiency.
• Improve production output, quality, and waste reduction.

• This position is ideal for candidates with practical experience in the food manufacturing industry. Candidates should have knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control. Familiarity with standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP is an added advantage.
