Job Scopes

• Improve surface treatment processes to enhance quality and consistency
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to optimize productivity
• Implement maintenance programs for surface treatment equipment
• Develop quality control plans for surface treatment processes
• Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and EPA regulations
• Provide technical support and training to production staff

Ideal Candidates

• This position is ideal for candidates with a background or studies in Chemical Engineering, experience in the metal or steel industry, and knowledge of surface treatment processes. Candidates with hands-on experience in handling surface treatment parts will have an advantage, though fresh graduates with relevant studies are also encouraged to apply.
