Key Roles .
- Assist Human Resource Manager with HR operations and initiatives.
- Provide HR support to APAC branches, ensuring policy alignment.
- Prepare HR reports to support management decision-making.
- Assist with recruitment, including job postings and onboarding.
- Manage Trade Union matters, including negotiations and grievances.
- Coordinate employee relations, conflict resolution, and discipline.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Support employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects.
