Your Roles : -

  • Verify and maintain data for Accounts Receivable and Payable.
  • Update and process financial records and statements.
  • Maintain daily and monthly collection summaries, aging report and ledger. Reconcile bank statements for trade and other receivables and payables.
  • Prepare payment advice, verify invoices and statements of accounts.
  • Process payments via IBG, ECP, and remittances like cheques and RENTAS.

  • Liaise with and follow up on supplier and contractor payment queries.
  • Prepare and submit electronic reports to authorities regularly.

Ideal Candidates .

  • Candidates must possess at least an SPM or UEC certificate.
