About the job Admin & Accounts Assistant
Your Roles : -
- Verify and maintain data for Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Update and process financial records and statements.
- Maintain daily and monthly collection summaries, aging report and ledger. Reconcile bank statements for trade and other receivables and payables.
- Prepare payment advice, verify invoices and statements of accounts.
Process payments via IBG, ECP, and remittances like cheques and RENTAS.
- Liaise with and follow up on supplier and contractor payment queries.
- Prepare and submit electronic reports to authorities regularly.

Ideal Candidates .
- Candidates must possess at least an SPM or UEC certificate.
