Maintenance Executive (AO Chargeman)

Job Scopes

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of facilities and equipment
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FSSC, and GMP requirements
• Maintain air compressors, air handling units, and air dryers
• Oversee switchboard, water system, cooling tower and heat exchanger

• Maintain preventive maintenance to meet quality system requirements

• Manage equipment documentation, licensing, and plant compliance

• Oversee maintenance of plant vehicle including forklift and scissor lift

Ideal Candidates

• Experience in facilities management and equipment maintenance.

• Knowledge in maintenance, electronic and mechanic maintenance
• Familiar with facility SCADA system management
• Familiarity with bag filtration systems is an added advantage

• Strong organizational, communication, and CAD skills.

• Chargeman certificate with minimum level AO
